The Name of the Rose

The good of a book lies in its being read.

There is a lot going on in this book. Logic, philosophy, theology, history, science, passion, and murder all make an appearance. The book can be a bit heavy at times, especially if you’re completely unfamiliar with the topics discussed by the characters (which are all historically accurate!). The payoff is worth it though, if you can stick it through.
